Not ordinary ramen. The soup is cooked with special little fish which creates very delicious and unique flover. Truly enjoyable.

This ramen will change your life in a positive way.Ramen so good I was nearly in tears. Everything was perfection. The noodles were hand cut and cooked to order, that's the 900 yen option. The meat was flavorful and melted in my mouth. The egg was so perfect in every way. Runny yolk just the way I like it, and the color is rich and dark.The broth had a balance between pork, fat, salt, and water. I recommend ordering the gyoza and letting them cool until you are finished with your ramen. They are a perfect palate cleanser. They dipping sauce was the perfect counter point to the richness of the meat and perfectly cooked dumpling.The only thing I would change about this place would be to have the English on the machine in addition to the sign board. While I can read Japanese, my family and many friends can't...I mean there are worse things in life than getting a free bowl of ramen as payment from my family for my mad skills. :D
